I found the third story of the sherp particularly thought provoking today. I’m going to send this to the client you introduced me to a few weeks ago. As always, thank you so much Andrew. Your commitment and ability to put this out every week is so inspiring.

How do I support — and protect — my most trusted sources of guidance?

1. At all times respect the people and the systems, I engage with. Even if I don't like the uncomfortable reality being presented.

1b. Support those under pressure to bend, especially the marginalised who lack power.

2. I read and sometime comment on your weekly 5-minute strategic mindset (and the comments). Your posts are "trusted sources of guidance": reality-focused honestly reflecting on grappling with, exploring our complex wonderful wounded weird world. You test out the narratives we humans tell ourselves about what is true, in a clear respectful way.

Thank you

3. I sometimes share the posts

4. I click the heart above, as instructed ;)

You always catapult my thinking Andrew, thankyou. ā€˜Self-Blinding’ evokes the Emperor’s new clothes and abject naked ugliness of it all.
